Bonnie E. Whittington

Bonnie Evelyn Whittington, 69, of Gloster, died Dec. 21, 1997, at her residence.

Visitation is at Brown Funeral Home in Gloster 5-9 p.m. today and continues there 9 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Tuesday. Services follow at 2 p.m. at New Hope Methodist Protestant Church in Gloster. The Rev. Carl Rigsby and the Rev. Burnett Carraway will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Whittington was born April 17, 1928, in Meridian. She was the daughter of J. A. Fulton and Hattie Mae Clay Fulton.

She was a homemaker and was a member of New Hope Methodist-Protestant Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Stella Jackson; and a brother, Bobby Fulton.

Mrs. Whittington is survived by her husband, Wendell Whittington of Gloster; one son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Jean Whittington of Gloster; one daughter and son-in-law, Polly W. and David Ezell of Gloster; and four grandchildren, Lance and Todd Ezell, James Whittington and Melinda Allred.
