CBell Foreman

A homemaker and resident of Baton Rouge, she died Friday, Aug. 1, 1997, at Baton Rouge Health Care Center. She was 94, born Nov. 27 [sic Nov. 25], 1902.

Visiting at Brown Funeral Home, Liberty, Miss., 10 a.m. until religious services at 2 p.m. Saturday, conducted by the Rev. James Lee Dawson. Interment in New Hope Cemetery, Gloster, Miss.

Survived by three sons, Hildon Foreman, Baton Rouge, Harold Foreman and wife, Bernice, and Elmo Foreman and wife, Mavis, all of Baker; six grandchildren, Leonard Foreman, Pauline Metcalf, Mary Phyllis Stemick, Gail Carl, James Foreman and Donna Dunnahoo; nine great-grandchildren, Jennifer Rushing, Melissa Brady, Nikki Diamond, Jason Carl, Nathan Carl, Jessica Foreman, Sharon Dunnahoo, Becky Foreman and Robert Foreman; four great-grandchildren, Colby Rushing, Addison Rushing, Devin Diamond and Delaney Brady; and four sisters, Hilda McKey, Vera Whittington, Evelyn Hutchinson and Virginia Baker.

Preceded in death by father and mother, Fred and Eliza Bass Whittington; husband, Willard Forman; and 10 brothers and sisters, Morris, Kelly, Felix, Russell, Paul, Alton and Soulay Whittington, Monell Dixon, Dixie Duck and Gladys Brumfield.
