DIED

RONGEY -- At a hospital in Alexandria, La., at 8 o'clock p.m., on Tuesday, December 24, 1935, Mrs. Callie Rongey, aged 40 years. Deceased was the wife of W. A. Rongey, and besides her husband, is survived by two daughters, Misses Dorothy and Melva Lee Rongey. She leaves five sisters and three brothers. They are: Mrs. M. Rabia [sic Ravia], of West Lake, La.; Mrs. W. J. Nugent, of Clarks, La.; Mrs. J. G. Whitten and Mrs. L. C. Crain, of Grayson, La.; Mrs. R. J. Newsome, of Kelly, La.; Luther Dunn and Sidney Dunn, of Sikes, La., and Chester Dunn, of Grayson, La.

Funeral services were conducted at Calvary Baptist Church, by the Rev. E. E. Colvin, at 9:30 o'clock this morning, after which the procession went to Clarks, La., where interment was made under the direction of the Reeves-Morgan Funeral Home of Alexandria.

The pall-bearers were: Alex Mule, J. C. Luneau, Sr.; Arthur Gremillion, Frank Thiels, Jasper Mule, Eabrey Broussard.
