Carlie Wayne Humphreys died Saturday, January 27, 2018. He was 80 years old.
Mr. Humphreys was a native of Jefferson County, MS and been a resident of Pattison, MS for the past 2 years. He was a avid hunter. He worked for R. G. LeTourneau for 40 years as a welder. He was preceded in death by his wife of 42 years Jean Loyd Humphreys.
He is survived by a son Ted Dennis (Melinda) of Brandon, MS, a daughter Shanda Doyle (David) of Port Gibson, MS and 4 sisters Carolyn Shearer of Madison, MS, Jean Brown of Lorman, MS, Barbara Young of Fayette, MS and Patsy Smith of Brookhaven, MS, 4 Grandchildren and 4 Great-Grandchildren.
Visitation will be 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 30, 2018, at Glenwood Funeral Home of Port Gibson, MS with services starting at 2:0 p.m. in the chapel. Rev. Michael Herrin will be officiating. Burial will follow in Wintergreen Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Brian Brown, John Haralson, Donnie Haralson, Dale Shearer, Zachary Loyd and Brad Fauver.
