WALLER, CARMEN C. “CONNIE”

Died Tuesday, Oct. 20, 1992, at 8:05 p.m. at Earl K. Long Medical Center. She was 68, a resident of Baton Rouge and a native of Raceland.

Visiting was held at Hollabaugh-Spindle Wooddale Memorial Chapel, 4 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Visiting at the funeral home chapel, 8 a.m. until religious services at 10 a.m. Friday, conducted by the Rev. Gibbie McMillan and the Rev. Jim Houston. Interment in Greenoaks Memorial Park.

Survived by husband, Thomas Van Waller, Baton Rouge; a daughter, Paula Willey, Pine Grove; three sons and daughters-in-law, Ronnie and Ireace Waller, Denham Springs, Glenn and Patti Waller, Vidalia, and Clint J. and Kathleen Waller, Zachary; seven brothers, U.J., Jesse, Leroy, Milton, Norman, Joseph and Shelby Chauvin; seven grandchildren, Ashton, Slade, Joanna, Daniel, Dustin, Shelbee and Jason; a great-grandchild, Christopher; several nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by parents, Ursin and Philonise C. Chauvin; three sisters, and a grandson.

She was a member of Lanier Baptist Church.
