Mrs. Almedia White

Mrs. Almedia Daniels White, 71, of Lake Providence, died Sunday at East Carroll Parish Hospital after a brief illness.

Funeral services was [sic were] held at 2 p.m. Monday at the First Baptist Church in Lake Providence with Dr. Paul Kolb, officiating.

Burial was in the Lake Providence Cemetery under the direction of Kidder-Cox Funeral Home.

Survivors include four sons, Harry M. White of Battle Creek, Mich., Walter Owen White of Denham Springs, Jessie M. White of Lake Providence and Fred L. White of Houston, Tex.; three daughters, Mrs. Zula [sic Zola] W. Davis of Shreveport, Mrs. Myrtis Moseley and Miss Josephine White, both of Lake Providence; [19?] grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were grandsons.
