Mrs. Carrie Lee Lowery

Funeral services for Mrs. Carrie Lee Lowery, 57, of Winnsboro were held at 2 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 19, in the Chapel of Winnsboro First National Funeral Home.

Interment was in South Central Cemetery, Wisner, with the Rev. Eddie Erwin officiating.

A native of Wisner, she was born March 20, 1925. She was a housewife. She died on Dec. 17, 1982 of a lengthy illness.

Survivors include one son, John Dale Lowery, Monroe; one daughter, Mrs. Patricia Freeman, Winnsboro; two sisters, Mrs. Edna Ward, Delhi and Mrs. Jo Knox, Jigger; and three grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Jack Vines Jr., Jackie Jones, Gleason Jones, Jim Freeman, Mike Knox and John Herron.
