Carson Seals

Carson Walter Seals, 91, of San Angelo died Friday, Oct. 2, 1998, in Meadow Creek Nursing Home. Service will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the First Baptist Church chapel with the Rev. Ronnie Laughlin officiating. Burial will follow in Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Johnson's Funeral Home.

He was born Jan. 20, 1907, in Eola and was a lifetime resident of this area. He was a retired owner and operator of several service stations in San Angelo and was a member of Masonic Lodge 1260 for more than 50 years and was a member of the First Baptist Church.

Survivors include a son, Harold Seals of San Angelo; a daughter, Norma Cummings of San Angelo; three half sisters, Melba Light of Snyder, Felba Ware of Sun City, Ariz., and Jo Alice Bohannon of Orlando, Fla.; four half brothers, Vondean Seale of Sweetwater, Herman Seale and Johnny Seale, both of Sun City and Dan Seale of Phoenix; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
