CATHY HARRISON JONES
Cathy Harrison Jones, age 54, passed away Saturday, April 10, 2010. She was born March 25, 1956 in Argentia, New Foundland. Cathy had a career as a Legal Assistant and was a successful Mary Kay Consultant. She spent the last ten years as a loving care giver for her mother. Cathy was a joy to family and friends. She was caring and always ready to give a helping hand when needed. She was a “Mom” to her four legged children; Kanga, Roo, Eve and Shadow Too.
Preceding her in death was her father; Levi Harrison, Jr. and her nephew; Shawn P. Harrison.
Survivors include her husband of 19 years; Jeff Jones, her mother; Gloria Harrison, two sisters; Cheryl Harrison White (Richie), Linda Harrison Bray (James), two nephews; Timothy M. Harrison and Branden N. Harrison, brother-in-law; Gary Carvin, sister-in-law; Sharon Walters, nephews and nieces-in-law, Christopher and April Garvin and Arther and Joshua Walters.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, April 15, 2010 at Faith Chapel South. Interment will follow at Pensacola Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, April 14, 2010 from 5 pm until 7 pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks to support The National Kidney Foundation or the Local Christian radio station WEGS, 1836 Olive Road, Pensacola, FL 32514.
Faith Chapel Funeral Home South, 100 Beverly Pkwy., Pensacola, Florida is in charge of arrangements.
