Mrs. T. A. Erskin Succumbs Thursday

Mrs. T. A. Erskin, 63, died in her home near Winnsboro last Thursday morning following a long illness. Final rites were held in the Lone Cedar Baptist church Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock with the Rev. T. G. Polk, pastor, assisted by the Rev. Alton Polk, assisted boro, officiating. Interment followed in the Ogden cemetery under the direction of the Brown-Young Funeral home.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Emma Mitchell, Mrs. E.P. Fowler, Mrs. Lela Mae Normann, all of Winnsboro, and Mrs. W. A. Harrison, Bastrop; four sons, Herbert and David of Winnsboro, Rosenfield Antley of Bastrop and Gene Antley of Start; one sister, Mrs. Sarah Jane Denkens, Colorado; two brothers, Jim and Henry Parks, both of route 2, Winnsboro.

Pallbearers were Odis Simons, Iley Simons, Ramage Parks, Nolan Parks, Aubrey and Ira Parks.
