MARION -- Charles Byrnes Taylor Sr., 69, retired from the FAA, died Sunday, June 15, 2003, at his residence in Marion.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Friday in Seale Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Harold Mcnabb officiating. Burial: Hebron Baptist Church Cemetery, Denham Springs, La.
Memorials: May be made to Polycystic Kidney Research Foundation.
Charles Byrnes Taylor Sr. was a native of Baton Rouge, La. He was preceded in death by his wife, Hattie Lee Taylor; father, Herman M. Taylor; mother, Bennie Taylor; brother, Herman R. Taylor; and sister, Nell Taylor Blanchard.
Survivors: Sons, David Wayne Taylor and wife, Michelle, of Marion, Charles B. Taylor and wife, Vickie, of Fort Worth; daughter, Valerie Elizabeth Taylor and husband, Don Dixson, of Fort Worth; grandchildren, Taylor, Tara, Cara, Jordan, R.J., Megan, Robert, Greg and Sara; great-grandchildren, Haley and McKenzie; numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews; and many extended family and friends.
