PRESCOTT -- Services for Charles E. Riley, 72, who died Monday at his home in Kirkland, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Memory Chapel. Burial will be in Skull Valley Cemetery.
Mr. Riley was a retired Yavapai County employe and had driven the county road grader in the Congress area for about 20 years. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Yarnell.
Survivors include his wife Betty; daughter, Mrs. Nikki Scarbrough; a sister and two brothers out of state, and four grandchildren.
Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. today at Memory Chapel.
