Charles Manuel

Charles Manuel, 61, Walnut Grove, died at 2:35 a.m. today at St. John's Regional Health Center, Springfield, after a brief illness.

Mr. Manuel lived in the Springfield area most of his life. He was a mechanic for the Hudco Co. for the past 11 years.

Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Vernia Dean Bloomer, Mrs. Linda Grisham, and Mrs. Julie Wiedner, all of Springfield, and Mrs. Shirley Nicholson, Ash Grove, four sons, Charles, Ozark, Henry and Ted, both of Walnut Grove, and Jackie, Springfield, 15 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

The family will be in the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
