CHARLES R. HALL

Charles R. Hall, 85, of Ellisville, died Thursday, April 6, 2000, at South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, at Jones Funeral Home in Ellisville, with burial in Hinton Cemetery. The Rev. Alan Randall will officiate.

A member of Ellisville United Methodist Church, he was a World War II Navy Seebees veteran, and a Shriner, a Mason and a member of Ellisville Lodge 161, Eastern Star. He was past master of Masonic Lodge and Ellisville Lodge 161 and past worthy patron of Eastern Star, Linda Chapter 312 Grand York Rite.

He was preceded in death by parents, Judson and Mary Hall; one sister, Belma [sic Velma] Benton; and two brothers, Myrl Hall and A.B. Hall.

He is survived by his wife, Theda Mae Hall of Ellisville; one son, Charles Warren Hall of Ellisville; two daughters, Mary Hall Patton of Englewood, Colo., an[d] Lisa Hall Burnett of Gautier; two brothers, Dan R. Hall of Laurel and Josiah Hall of Lake Jackson, Texas; one sister, Virginia Moon of Corinth, N.Y.; a great-grandchild, Dylan Burnett; and five grandchildren, Jason Burnett, Wesley Burnett, Erica Adamiak, Aaron Hall and Justin Hall.

Pallbearers will be Milton James, Jack Hourgettes, Tommy Vanderslice, Brad Davenport, Phillip Barnell, R.C. Jordan, Frank Williams and James Buckhaults. Honorary pallbearers will be Ron Davis, Billy Herrington, Daniel Cherry, David Randall, Jason Burnett, Matt Adamiak, Justin Hall and Wesley Burnett.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Saturday, at Jones Funeral Home in Ellisville, which is in charge of arrangements.
