Funeral Services for Mr. Charles “Nubby” Whittington, 69, of Monroe, LA will be 3:00 PM Sunday, September 20, 2009 at Bethany Baptist Church in Hebert, LA with Rev. Ricky Baker and Rev. Rusty Grant officiating. Interment will follow at Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA.
Mr. Whittington was born in Hebert, LA and passed away in Monroe, LA.
He is survived by his mother, Ezraline Whittington; wife, Sheila Whittington; daughter, Charlotte Ann Frazier and her daughter, Bailey; sons, Jessie Whittington, Scott Whittington, and Mark Whittington; stepsons, Benny Gandy, Tony Gandy, and Tracey Gandy; sister, Dot Smith; brother, Lewis Whittington and his wife, Melba; and numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM Saturday, September 19, 2009 at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe and again from 1:00 PM until service time Sunday at Bethany Baptist Church in Hebert, LA.
