Charlie C. Howe of Monroe, a retired welder, died Wednesday. The funeral is 10 a.m. Friday at Kilpatrick's Funeral Home chapel, Lamy Lane. Visitation is 5 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Burial is at Memorial Park Cemetery.
