McDAVID JR., CHARLIE L.

Died 5:55 a.m. Saturday, July 18, 1992, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. He was 63, a native of Winnfield and resident of Baton Rouge. He was a retired office manager with Buckelew's Food Service and U.S. Marine Corps veteran of Korean conflict. Visiting at Welsh Funeral Home, 6700 Florida Blvd., 4 to 9 p.m. Sunday, and 1 p.m. to religious services at 2 p.m. Monday, conducted by the Rev. Lee Shipp. Burial in Roselawn Memorial Park, with full military honors.

Survived by wife, Betty Adcock McDavid; mother, Evie Lucas McDavid; both of Baton Rouge; a daughter and son-in-law, Janet and Jeff O'Dell, Centreville, Miss.; three grandchildren, Courtney, Claudia and Hiram O'Dell, all of Centreville, Miss.

Preceded in death by father, Charlie L. McDavid Sr.; a brother, C.J. McDavid.
