CHESTER LEE HERRIN

Chester Lee Herrin, 60, died at his home in Summer Grove, La., yesterday after a long illness. He had been a resident of Summer Grove for the past two years.

Funeral services will be held at McCook brothers funeral home at 10 a.m. Friday, conducted by the Rev. S. S. Bogan, pastor of Summer Grove Methodist church, and burial will be in Summer Grove cemetery.

Mr. Herrin is survived by his widow; one daughter, Mrs. Louise Wallace of Houston, Texas; three sons, Edward and Claude Herrin of Huntsville, Ala., and Harold C. Herrin, U.S.N., Jacksonville, Fla.; three foster daughters, Misses Marion and Dorothy Rabun of Shreveport, Mrs. Louis Nassan, St. Martinsville, La.; one foster son, James L. Rabun, U. S. Army, overseas.

He is also survived by two sisters and three brothers, one of whom, Ned Herrin, lives in Shreveport.
