Chet Lincecum

ELM GROVE, LA -- Chester ``Chet'' L. Lincecum, 66, died on April 6, 2008 in Shreveport. A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. on Thursday, April 10, 2008 at Lincecum Cemetery, Georgetown. Officiating will be Rev. Oliver Deen. Visitation will be Wednesday, April 9, 2008 from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Bossier City.

Mr. Lincecum was born in Georgetown and resided in Elm Grove. Chet proudly served in the U.S. Air Force and was a Viet Nam veteran. He was the former owner of All Season's Exterminating and a member of White Tails Unlimited.

His parents, Roy and Rose Lincecum and sisters, Gale L. Busby and Elizabeth Ann Lincecum preceded him in death.

Mr. Lincecum is survived by his wife, Merrilyn Lincecum of Elm Grove; daughters, Shelley Lincecum of Dry Prong, Tracey Blalock of Boyce; sister, Brenda Simmon of Boyce; brother, Louie Lincecum of Georgetown; stepson, Sean Reddick and wife Amy of West Monroe; stepdaughter, Shannon Fairbanks of Bossier City and seven grandchildren.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jeremy Knighten, Hunter Knighten, Robert Crawford, Jimmy Henry, Terry Roberson, Travis White, Kevin White and Heath Teustch.
