Christopher Prince
The Reverend Christopher Prince born April 14, 1945 in Shreveport, LA. He graduated from Carthage High School in Shreveport then attended Centenary College and graduated with a BA in music. He received his master's degree from East Texas State University in counseling followed by masters of divinity from Episcopal divinity school in Cambridge, MA. He served his vocational life in various congregations in the diocese of Houston.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Dr. and Mrs. Kenneth Carl Prince, sister Rebecca Bunyard and brother Scott Prince. He is survived by his sister Leslie Copeland and husband Lee nieces, Leslie Gaye of Cortage, Holly Fouts and husband Lane of Shreveport, nephew Bryan Copeland of Houston and many other great nieces and nephews.
Donations in Christopher's honor may be made to St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, 1805 West Alabama St., Houston TX 77098, the ASPCA or the diabetes foundation.

Funeral services for the Reverend Christopher Carl Prince, 64, of Houston, were held Saturday, October 10, 2009 at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church in Houston, with the Right Reverends Andy Doyle and Rayford High and the Reverend David Tarbet officiating. The Reverend Prince passed away Wednesday, October 7, 2009. Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Bradshaw-Carter Funeral Home.
Christopher Carl Prince was born April 14, 1945 to Dr. and Mrs. Kenneth Carl Prince. He graduated from Carthage High School and then attended Centenary College in Shreveport, LA, graduating with a BA in music. He received a master's degree from East Texas State University in counseling, followed by a Master of Divinity from the Episcopal Divinity School in Cambridge, MA. He served his vocational life in various congregations in the Diocese of Texas.
He is preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Scott Thomas Prince; and one sister, Rebecca Prince Bunyard. He is survived by his sister, Leslie Prince Copeland and husband Lee of Shreveport, LA; two nieces, Holly Copeland Fouts and husband Lane of Shreveport, LA, and Leslie Bunyard Glaze of Carthage; and one nephew, Bryan Copeland, of Houston. Three great nieces and two great nephews also survive the Reverend Prince.
