Clara C. Gaar
DODSON -- Services for Clara C. Gaar will be at 3 p.m. today in New Hope United Methodist Church with the Rev. John Zehr and Bishop Loy Gaar officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery under direction of Southern.
Mrs. Gaar, 89, of Dodson died Friday, May 19, 1995, at Winn Parish Medical Center.
She was a native of Jonesboro, a member of New Hope United Methodist Church, a retired registered nurse and former employee of Martin Hospital.
Survivors include one son, Guy C. Gaar Jr. of Gaars Mill; one daughter, Martha G. Gunter of Gaars Mill; one brother, Donald Carter of Shreveport; one sister, Eva Tuggle of Oil City; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until noon today and at the church from 2 p.m. until time of services.
