Services for Clara ``Mama Jean'' Sneed, will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at Barham Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Jim Meadows and Jim Hanson officiating. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.

Mrs. Sneed, 75, of Meridian, died Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2001, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Survivors include her husband, John R. ``Jack'' Sneed of Meridian; two daughters, Angela S. Williams and Catherine S. Monsour and her husband, Charles, all of Meridian; a son, Bubba Sneed of Meridian; three sisters, Vera Duckworth of Columbia, Oleta Dazet of Jackson and Faye Mullins of Monticello; six grandchildren, Logan Williams, Raven Williams, Christian Monsour and his wife, Pennie, Scarlett Monsour and her fiance, Jerry Octremari, Johnny Sneed and his wife, Michelle and Marshall Sneed; four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a special daughter, Dona Mathis of Meridian.

She was preceded in death by a great-grandson, Skyler Sneed.

The family requests memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.

Pallbearers will be Wayne Coleman, Gary Irby, Todd Mathis, Jimmy Hoffer, Bubber Wallace, Carl Wiggins, Logan Williams, Christian Monsour, Johnny Sneed and T.J. Aniel.

Visitation will be today from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
