CLARENCE I. PARKER

WINNFIELD, La. -- Clarence L. [sic I.] Parker, 66, of Winnfield, died Monday in his home. He was a carpenter.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. C. I. Parker of Winnfield; three sons, Kersh Parker of Natchitoches, Hoyett Parker of Norwalk, Iowa and Jack L. Parker of Winnfield; a daughter, Mrs. L. C. Young of West Monroe; three brothers, Cecil Parker of Derry, Joe Parker of Natchitoches and John Parker of Lisbon, La.; three sisters, Mrs. C. B. Derick of Houston, Tex., Mrs. Mae Floyd of Deville and Mrs. Emma Morris of Mobile, Ala.; his mother, Mrs. Nancy Parker of Deville; 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services were to be held at 2 p.m. today in the Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield by Rev. Billy Smithard. Burial was to have been in the Old Union cemetery near Joyce.
