MR. CLEMEN VIOLA

Rayville, La., July 14. --(Special)-- Mr. Clemen Viola, 59, died at his residence near Rayville at 6:30 p.m. yesterday of a heart attack. Funeral services will be held at the Grace Mission Church near Rayville. Reverend W. A. Dearman, of Delhi, will officiate at the service which will be held at 2 p.m. today.

Interment will take place at the Rayville Masonic Cemetery under the direction of the Mulhearn Funeral Home. There will be a military service at the graveside for Mr. Viola, who is a veteran of World War I.

Pallbearers will be: Rankin Earl, Howard Earl, Harold Viola, J. C. Schooler, Jack Leach and Herbert Jones.

Viola is survived by his wife, Mrs. Effie B. Viola, of Rayville; one daughter, Mrs. Nittie [sic Nettie] Ditto, of Monroe; and three sons, Pvt. Clemen L. Viola, stationed at Ft. Sam Houston, Tex.; Cecil Viola and Warren J. Viola, both of Rayville.

Other survivors are a sister, Mrs. Florence, three grandchildren, five half-sisters and three half-brothers.
