C. T. Dailey Sr.

ALICEVILLE -- Clifton T. Dailey Sr., 52, of Aliceville died Tuesday in the Veterans Administration Hospital in Birmingham.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Aliceville with the Rev. Joe Whitt officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens with Stabler Funeral Home in charge.

Mr. Dailey was a native of Centreville but had lived in Aliceville for the past 17 years. He operated a grocery store in Aliceville for several years.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Clifton T. Dailey Jr. of Atlanta and Gene Dailey of Alicevile; a sister, Mrs. Chester Hicks of Centreville; and four brothers, Bill and Harold Dailey both of Centreville, John Dailey of Birmingham and Roscoe Dailey of Washington, D.C.
