LaMaye Alford

WINNFIELD -- Services for LaMaye Alford will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Southern with the Revs. Kenneth Wall, Bob Braly and Clovis Sturdivant officiating. Burial will be in Garden of Memories.

Mrs. Alford, 51, of Winnfield died at 1:35 a.m. Friday in Schumpert Medical Center, Shreveport.

She was a member of Laurel Heights Baptist Church, Eastern Star Lodge and served as worthy advisor to the Rainbow Girls.

Survivors include her husband, James C. Alford of Winnfield; one son, Glen Alford of Winnfield; her mother, Willie May Jordan of Oil City; two brothers, James Austin Jordan and Charles W. Jordan, both of Oil City; and two grandchildren.

Friends may call from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. today and from 11 a.m. until time of services Sunday in the funeral home.
