Corvin Thomas, Moore resident 19 years, retired from Air Force in 1963 as a Flight Engineer Technician. Retired from FAA in 1982 as a foreman on heavy maintenance of aircraft. Member of Air Force Sergeant's Assoc., member of Sinclair Baptist Church, and Riflemen's Assoc.
Survived by wife, Beverly of the home; 1 son, Lloyd Phillips of Arlington TX; 4 daughters, Sylvia Kroeker of Arlington TX, Janet Thomas of Moore OK, Cynthia Phillips of Arlington TX, & Karen Phillips of Moore OK; parents, Mr . & Mrs. W.O. Phillips of Rayville LA; 2 brothers, Travis Phillips & Cordell Phillips, both of Baskin LA; 3 sisters, Sharon Jackson of Mangham LA, Audrey of Rayville LA, & Lucille Love of Rayville LA; 5 grandchildren.
Services were held at the Moore Funeral Chapel, Monday, Nov. 12. Concluding services will be Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2 pm at the Winnsboro First National Funeral Home, Winnsboro LA, followed by burial at the Coax Cemetery, Winnsboro. Funeral services by Moore Funeral Chapel.
