CROWLEY -- Daisy Pearl Wade, 86, a homemaker who had worked as a florist for several years, died Friday, Jan. 1, 1999, at a nursing home in Burleson.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Sunday at McCoy Funeral Home in Sweetwater. Burial: Sweetwater Cemetery.
Officiant: Minister Larry Fluitt.
Daisy Pearl Wade was born Sept. 15, 1912, and had lived in Crowley since 1971. She previously lived in Sweetwater from 1924 to 1971. She married Walter Wade on Dec. 15, 1928, in Sweetwater. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Walter Wade, in 1971.
Survivors: Daughter, Patsy Dacus of Fort Worth; sister, Eula Mossman of Dallas; grandsons, Mike Dacus of Navasota, Pat Dacus of Denton; granddaughter, Kathy Roden of Burleson; six great-grandchildren, Casey Dacus, Grady Dacus, Abbey Dacus, Cody Roden, Taylor Roden, and Corie Martin.
