Dan H. Roberts

DODSON -- Funeral services for Dan H. Roberts, 96, of Dodson were held at 2:30 p.m. today in Welcome Home Baptist Church near Dodson, with the Rev. E. B. Barton and the Rev. John Williams officiating.

Burial was in Welcome Home Cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield.

Mr. Roberts died at 4 a.m. Sunday at Crowville following a lengthy illness.

Survivors include two sons, W. R. Roberts of Dodson and T. J. Roberts of Forest Hill; three daughters, Mrs. Audry [sic Audrey] Baker and Miss [sic Mrs.] Viola Sanders, both of Dodson, and Mrs. Lucilee Buchans [sic Lucille Buchan] of Crowville; 29 grandchildren, 56 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
