Daniel Frank Keene of Monroe, a state road maintenance worker, died Sunday. The funeral is 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Riser Funeral Home chapel in Columbia. Visitation is 3 p.m. until 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Burial is in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Columbia.
