Darrell Woolsey
Graveside rites for Darrell Woolsey, 57, of Roaring Springs will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the Roaring Springs Cemetery. Officiating will be the Rev. Rickey Lawrence.
Mr. Woolsey died Friday, July 22, 2005 at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock. He was born Dec. 20, 1947 in Canyon and had been a resident of Roaring Springs since 1970. He married Judy Payne in 1968 in Amarillo. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and was a stock farmer.
Survivors include: his wife, Judy, of the home; two sons and daughters-in-law, Les and Kim Woolsey and Matt and Teresa Woolsey, all of Roaring Springs; one daughter and son-in-law, Amy and Brandt Bearden of Roaring Springs; his parents, Harold and Pauline Woolsey of Canyon; one brother, David of Hobbs; two sisters, Paula Harris and Pam Woolsey, both of Canyon; and five grandchildren, Jacob, Kaylee, Autumn and Keygen Woolsey and Tanner Bearden.
The family suggests memorials to the Motley County Fire Department, the Motley County Library, or the Scotish Rite Hospital.
