David F. Crum
David Franklin Crum passed away July 24, 2019 at Lane Regional Hospital in Zachary, Louisiana at the age of 92. He was a native of Gloster, MS., and a resident of Zachary, LA. for the last eight years. He retired in 1989. His work took him to live in most of the southern states and South Africia. He enjoyed fishing and Deer hunting.
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Birdie; three sons, Dave and wife Dee, Mike and wife Connie, and Hillary and wife Leisa; one daughter, Jessica and husband Audry; step-son, Jeff and wife Barbara; two step-daughters Gwen, and Janet and husband Don; two sisters, Narvell Courtney and Merrit Arnold; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren; three step-granddaughters and five step-great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his first wife, Pat; his parents Tom and Zora Haney Crum, step-mother Merrit Haney; four brothers, Purvis, Silas, Jessie, and Jack.
Visitation will be at Brown Funeral Home in Gloster, MS., Thursday, July 25, 2019, from 10:00 A.M. until time of funeral services at 12:00 Noon at the funeral home, officiated by Bro. Rusty Bowser.
Pallbearers are Jason Piol, Drew Frost, Jonathan Dollarhide, Daniel Johnson, Steven Treloar, Jeff McCurley, and Trey Crum.
