Mrs. Della D. Ross

Final rites for Mrs. Della Dark Ross of the Ft. Necessity community (route 2, Winnsboro) were conducted Sunday afternoon, with the Rev. H. B. Crammer officiating. The funeral was here at Mulhearn Chapel, and interment was in the Boeuf Prairie Cemetery.

Mrs. Ross, 69, succumbed Friday in a Shreveport hospital after an extended illness.

She is survived by two sons, Ralph L. Pippins, Alexandria, and Danny G. Ross, Shreveport; four stepsons, Alvin, Arvin, Roy and George W. Ross, Winnsboro; three stepdaughters, Mrs. Jake Hood of Victoria, Tex., Mrs. Luther Lanier, Crowville, and Mrs. R. Foster Kincaid, Winnsboro; two brothers, P. L. Dark, Winnsboro, and Carl Dark, Delhi; five sisters, Mrs. W. I. Simon of Winnsboro, Mrs. Glenn R. Knight, of San Diego, Calif., Mrs. S. C. Ferguson of Clayton, Mrs. Ethel Young, New Windsor, Ill., and Mrs. B. C. McGraw, Shreveport, and four grandchildren.
