HENDERSON -- Services for Denton Allen, 70, of Joinerville will be 10 a.m. tod[a]y at Bryan Funeral Home with the Rev. Billy Walker officiating.
Burial will be in Laneville Cemetery in Laneville.
Mr. Allen died Wednesday morning at his residence following a sudden illness.
He was born July 29, 1919, in Laneville, and was a lifetime resident of Rusk County. He was a self-employed carpenter and a Baptist.
Survivors include his sister, Melba Lou Bugress [sic Burgess] of Springtown; brother, Rayford of McGregor.
