Dewey C. Ford

JONESVILLE - Services for Dewey C. Ford will be at 3 p.m. today in Sandy Lake Pentecostal Church with the Revs. Russell Hathcock and Jerry Dillon officiating. Burial will be in Heard Cemetery under direction of Community Memorial, Winnsboro.

Ford, 80, of Jonesville died Saturday, Feb. 5, 2000, in The Columns.

He was a resident of Jonesville, a retired logging contractor and a member of Sandy Lake Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include his wife, Rose Mary P. Ford of Jonesville; two sons, Clifton Ford and Paul Ford, both of Jonesville; four daughters, Alice Ford Matthews of Jonesville, Betty Rose Ford Herrington of Meridian, Miss., Sandra Ford Dillon of Madison, Miss., and Nelda Joe Ford Talley of Bogalusa; three brothers, Henry Ford and Alton Ford, both of Jonesville, and Daniel Ford of Baton Rouge; one sister, Laurence Netherland of Baton Rouge; 17 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
