DOLLY W. RAYNER
Dolly W. Rayner, 87, of Laurel, died Thursday, May 1, 2003, at Hattiesburg Convalescent Center in Hattiesburg. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., today at Memory Chapel Funeral Home in Laurel, with burial in Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery in Jones county. Dr. Cary Kimbrell will officiate. A homemaker, she was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter C. Rayner Sr. in 1977; and one son, Walter C. Rayner Jr. in 1998.
She is survived by two daughters, June Lucille Reeves and Judy L. Shows, both of Laurel; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Pallbearers will be Bobby Holland, James Holifield, James Reeves, Donald Ray Flynt, Jonathan Hembree and J. D. Jernigan.
Memory Chapel Funeral Home in Laurel is in charge of arrangements.
