Services for Mr. Dominic Tony Cascio, 80, of West Monroe, will be at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, March 1, 2005, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with Rev. Joseph Robert Inzina officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.
Mr. Cascio died Saturday, February 26, 2005, at his residence. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, the Men's Club at St. Joseph Catholic Church and Carpenter Local 1811.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dominic T. and Mary Sant Angelo Cascio; brother, Sam Cascio and grand children, Clint and Stacy Cascio.
Survivors include his wife, Bernice Bass Cascio of West Monroe; daughter and soninlaw, Brenda C. and Johnny Elmdorff of Monroe; sons, Jerry W. Cascio and wife Cynthia of West Monroe, A.W. Cascio of Farmerville, and Dominic Cascio, Jr. of Monroe; sisters, Mary Cascio of Monroe, Lena Perry and husband Virgil of Monroe, Jo Ann Cascio of Calhoun, and Linda Cascio of Baton Rouge; brothers, Joe Cascio of Monroe, Eddie Cascio and wife Beverly of Baton Rouge, Tony Cascio and wife Elaine of Baton Rouge, C.S. Cascio and wife Susie of Bastrop, Charles Cascio of Monroe, James Cascio of West Monroe, and Ronnie Cascio and wife Sharon of Calhoun; six grandchildren; five great grand children; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Johnny Cascio, Eric Cascio, James R. Cascio, Jr., Charles, Perry, Jeff Cascio, and Bobby Thompson.
Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM, Monday at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe. A Vigil Wake Service will be at 6:30 PM.
