Mulhearn Funeral Home Monroe

A Funeral Mass celebrating the life of Mr. Donald G. Zeigler, Sr., 72 of Monroe, LA will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday May 5, 2012 at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Swartz, LA with Rev. Job Edathinatt officiating. Interment will be in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home in Monroe.

Mr. Zeigler died May 2, 2012 at his residence surrounded by his family.

Mr. Zeigler was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church. He was a master plumber and self-employed plumbing contractor. He served in the United States Navy during the Korean War.

Survivors: wife, Rosalie Zeigler, his children, Donnie G. Zeigler, Jr., Sean Zeigler, Ronald White, Larry J. White, Kathy W. Cordova, and a sister, Barbara Bayles; 17 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren

Pallbearers will be Sean Zeigler, Korey Zeigler, Donnie Zeigler, David McWhorter, Jose Cordova and Larry White.

Honorary pallbearers will be Steven Patterson, Fernando Cordova and Daniel Cordova.

Visitation will be from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. Friday, with a vigil wake service at 6:00 P.M. at Mulhearn Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
