Donna Lee (Hilliard) Zaro

NEDERLAND -- Donna Lee (Hilliard) Zaro, of Nederland, passed away Monday, December 18, 2006 at the age of 59.

Donna was born on October 23, 1947 to the late E.O. and Daisy (Monk) Hilliard and was employed as an office dock manager for the Port of Port Arthur. She had been actively involved in M.A.D.D. following the deaths of her husband Jesse Ray and daughter Nicole Lee Zaro in 1992. She is also preceded in death by her brother, Tommy Hilliard.

Visitation was from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Heritage Funeral Home of Nederland. Graveside Funeral Services will be at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday at Memory Gardens of Jefferson County Cemetery with Bro. Charles Wolfe, Pastor of New Covenant Church officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations, may be made to S.E. Texas Humane Society or East Texas Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
