Donna “Susie” James Conn
Funeral services for Mrs. Donna “Susie” Conn will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 8, 2011 at The Pentecostals of Alexandria in Alexandria with Reverend Anthony Mangun officiating. Interment will be in Malone Cemetery, Ball, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville.
Mrs. Conn, age 58, of Ball, entered eternal rest on Saturday, December 3, 2011 at her residence.
She was a native of Olla, La. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Pentecostals of Alexandria. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Jackie and Bonnie James; one son, Jason Conn.
She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Larry Conn of Ball; one son, Shannon Conn of Pineville; daughter-in-law, Amy Conn of Ball; aunt, Frances Taylor of Clarks, La., father-in-law, Mr. George W. Conn of Ball; brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Judy Bruce; nephew, Michael Bruce, Jr.; sister, Cindy Cook (Michael); niece, Tasha Townsend (Lee); nephew, Lee Scribner (Michelle); nephew, Shad Bruce (Melissa); three grandchildren, Liam, Carmyn and Alasyn Conn.
Friends may call at The Pentecostals of Alexandria on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Thursday, December 8, 2011 from 12:00 p.m. until time of service.
