Doris LaVerne Lofton, 87, passed away Monday, May 7, 2012 in Spring, Texas.

Doris is survived by her loving husband of 70 years, James Harvey Lofton; children, Cecilia Bryian Ritchie and former husband, Alvin Ritchie, Danny Keith Lofton and wife Frankie, Kevin Troy Lofton and wife Terri; 6 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren; numerous other relatives and a host of loving friends.

Funeral services will be held 12:00 noon, Thursday, May 10, 2012 at Rosewood Funeral Home Chapel, Humble, Texas. Graveside services will follow at Rosewood Memorial Park, Humble, Tx.
