Doris J. Hinton, 83, Venice, formerly of Birmingham, Ala., died Sept. 30, 2008.
Visitation will be from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Services will be 1:30 p.m. Friday at Lemon Bay Funeral Home, Venice Chapel. Interment will be in Venice Memorial Gardens.
Survivors include sons, Kerry Reid and Kim Lee; a grandson, Brian; a great-grandson, Kennedy; brothers Merrell, Blair and Urban Johnson; and a sister, Evelyn Grant.
Doris worked as a sales associate for Bealls Department Store for 28 years.
