Dorothy B. Evans

Services for Dorothy Brimer Evans will be at 2 p.m. today in the chapel of Hixson Brothers, Pineville, with the Revs. Leland Briggs, Mark Briggs and Curtis Young officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Bentley.

Evans, 87, of Baton Rouge died Thursday, Dec. 13, 2001, in Heritage House #2 in Baton Rouge.

She was formerly of Bentley and a member of Bentley United Pentecostal Church. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Ellen Brimer.

Survivors include one son, Granville A. Evans of Baton Rouge; five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call from 10 a.m. until time of services today in the funeral home.
