MRS. DOROTHY L. WEAVER LEAVES $800,000 ESTATE

Fort Worth, Texas, Aug. 13. -- The will of Mrs. Dorothy L. Weaver, deceased, was filed for probate today by James A. Weaver. Mrs. Weaver died Aug. 3, leaving an estate of $800,000. The will was executed June 20, 1918 and a son, James A. Weaver, was named as independent executive without bond. The sum of $10,000 is given by the terms of the will to the First Church of Christ, Scientist, of oFrt [sic Fort] Worth and the remainder of the estate is left to the children, grandchildren and others as follows: James A. Weaver, $25, 000, J. Roderick Weaver, $15,000, James Weaver Rose, Frank Weaver Rose, Juel E. Weaver Jr., F. M. Weaver Jr., James Marion Weaver $5,000 each; Mrs. Dolly R. Bell of Fort Worth, Miss Dolly Weaver Pharr of Sulphur Springs, $1,000 each; Mrs. Dorothy Weaver $2,500 and Dolly Weaver McCarty $2,500.

The remainder of the property is to be divided equally among the four children, Juel E. Weaver, James A. Weaver, Roderick Weaver and Mrs. aKtherine [sic Katherine] Weaver Waggoner.
