Dorothy M. Tuccio
(November 23, 1922 - May 17, 2011)

Funeral services for Dorothy M. Tuccio, 88, of Natchez, who died Tuesday, May 17, at her residence, will be at 11:00 AM Monday May 23 from Laird Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dick Root officiating. Burial will follow in the Natchez City Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Sunday May 22, at Laird Funeral Home.

Mrs. Tuccio was born Nov. 23, 1922 in Gilbert, La., the daughter of Oliver I. McMahon and Hazel Crum McMahon. She was a member of Covington Road Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Sam Tuccio, and her daughter, Nancy Vedrenne.

Survivors include one daughter, Eileen Wickham and husband Lonnie of Natchez, four granddaughters; Melissa Lott and husband Tony of San Diego, Ca., Jana Whittington and husband Stephen of Hattiesburg, Ms., Abby Wickham of Natchez, and Amber Vedrenne of Meridian, Ms., one grandson; John Vedrenne of Meridian, Ms., four great grandchildren; Shelby Lott, Spencer Lott, Caroline Whittington and Landon Whittington, one sister Linda Givens of Vidalia.
