FORT WORTH, Tex. -- Mrs. Dorothy Peyton Porter, 53, of Fort Worth died at 1:30 p.m. Monday in a hospital here. She was a former resident of Jena, La.

Survivors include her husband, Ray Porter of Fort Worth; two daughters, Mrs. Linda Ladner of Marrero, La., and Mrs. Jackie Moss of Heidelberg, Miss.; two step-daughters; her mother, Mrs. Oscar Peyton of Jena, La.; three brothers, Glen Oscar Peyton of Biloxi, Miss., George Peyton of Housotn and John Ray Peyton of Lafayette, La.; two sisters, Mrs. Emma Day of Elizabethtown, Ky., and Mrs. Gloria Cupples of Jena, La., and six grandchildren.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in First Baptist Chu[r]ch, Jena, with Revs. A.L. Norsworthy and K.G. Brooks officiating. Burial will be in Nolley Memorial Cemetery, Jena, under direction of Kinner and Stevens, Jena.
