Dorothy L. Duhon

Services for Dorothy L. Duhon will be at 2 p.m. Monday, June 9, 2003, in the chapel of John Kramer and Son with Rev. David Boothe officiating. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Pineville under the direction of John Kramer and Son.

Dorothy L. Duhon, 85, of Alexandria, died Friday, June 6, 2003, in Rapides Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Duhon was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Alexandria. She was a ticket agent for Southern Bus Line, sales lady at O'Neal Department Store, sales clerk for Rush Cleaners and owned and operated Three Corners Used Furniture Store. She also was a member of the Order of The Eastern Star.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Duhon.

Dorothy Duhon is survived by three sons, Herbert E. Duhon of Cotile Lake, Acel Jerry Duhon of Alexandria and Ronald A. Duhon of Alexandria; one sister, Melva Lee Martin of Alexandria; 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Friends are asked to call from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Sunday and from 8:30 a.m. until time of service Monday at John Kramer and Son.

Pallbearers will be Kendale Maddox, Billy Daniels, Jacob Daniels, Dub Dinnat, Bradley Duhon, Acel Duhon, Cole Williford and Grady Williford.

Honorary pallbearers will be members and officers of IBEW Local Union #576.
