DeQUINCY -- Funeral services for Dottie A. Baggett, 88, will be at 2 p.m. today, Dec. 27, in The Pentecostal Church of DeQuincy.
The Revs. G. David Hennigan and Mark Smelser will officiate. Burial will be in Alston Cemetery under the direction of Snider Funeral Home.
Visitation is 9-11 a.m. in the funeral home and from noon in the church.
Mrs. Baggett died Monday, Dec. 25, 2000, in the DeQuincy hospital.
She was a native of Ragley and had lived in DeQuincy for 50 years. She was a retired sales clerk and had worked at various DeQuincy retail business, including Lillians Dress Shop,
Atkins Variety, National Department, ABC Dress Shop and Tom Robbins Grocery. She was a member of The Pentecostal Church, and she and her husband ministered at Bear, Calvary, Smokey Cove and Trout Creek Pentecostal churches.
Survivors include one son, Walton Baggett of DeQuincy; one daughter, Nelda Yellott of Ragley; seven grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
