ROGERS

Dottie ``Dot'' Goff Rogers, 86, died Monday, Nov. 13, 2006, in Merritt Island, Fla. Dot was born in Escatawpa, Miss. on Sept. 4, 1920. In 1973, she moved to Florida to be with her daughter.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Woodrow Rogers; her parents, Roland and Irnie Goff; and brothers, Aubrey and Alton Goff.

Survivors include her daughter, Myrna Hunnings Danielson; grandchildren, Kevin Hunnings, Keith Hunnings, and Penny Baker; six great-grandchildren; two sisters, Ethel Hanson and Faye Doze; a brother, Kenneth Goff; and numerous nieces, nephews, and many other family and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, Nov. 24, 2006, at Safe Harbor United Methodist Church on Elder Ferry Road from 10 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. A memorial service will begin at 10:30 a.m., Friday, Nov. 24, 2006, at Safe Harbor United Methodist Church.

In lieu of flowers the family asks donations to be made to Safe Harbor United Methodist Church Building Fund, P. O. Box 744 Escatawpa, Miss. 39552.
