Mrs. Dovie Olivia Stockman
Funeral services for Mrs. Dovie Olivia Stockman, 45, of Bay Springs, who died Wednesday from a sudden heart attack, will be held Friday at 3 p.m. from Antioch Baptist church.
The Rev. Robert Moody and the Rev. Dotty Stewart will officiate and interment will be in the church cemetery. Memory Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers named are Ray Cook, Curtis Cook, T. L. Fall, Lamar Stockman, Coyt Sims and Truman Phillips.
She is survived by her husband, J. Sharp Stockman; three daughters, Misses Clara Stockman, Peggy Stockman and Ora Belle Stockman, all of Bay Springs;
Four brothers, Frazier Erving [sic Ervin] and Sidney Erving [sic Ervin], both of Brazil, Judson Erving [sic Hudson Ervin], Stringer, and Bobby Erving [sic Ervin], Oraville [sic Oroville], Calif.; 2 sisters, Mrs. Myrtis James, Lorander [sic Loranger], La.; Miss Sybil Erving [sic Syble Ervin], Louin; and the parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wiley Erving [sic Ervin], Louin.
